will send the Chandryaan-1 to
the moon. The Indian lunar mission will not be an exercise in
reinventing the wheel. Chandrayaan-1 will strive to unravel the hitherto
unknown features of the moon for the first time. Also on the agenda are the preparation of the three dimensional
atlas of the regions on the moon and the chemical mapping of the entire

has been the most celebrated medicinal plant of
India and finds mention in a number of Puranic texts as also in ancient
Persian and Urdu pharmacopeias who called it a 'Blessed Tree' and the
'Village Pharmacy'.
They all dealt with the outstanding qualities of the neem tree as a
source of medicine and as a natural pesticide.
